| APPNA ALLIANCE PRESDIENT'S MESSAGE |
| Dear ALLIANCE members,
|
 Assalam O Alaikum, I am elated to write to you all as your new President for 2010. This past year has been a showcase of our triumphant effort; we should be proud. I would especially like to thank the immediate past president, Rukhsana Mahmood, for her commendable job of giving the Alliance recognition in several areas.
As 2009 ends, I am looking forward to another great year. As a team, we will continue to expand on our previous projects and grow by adding new ones. With persistence and hard work, our efforts will culminate into an admirable display of our achievements. The support we need stems from all of our wonderful members whose input I deeply value.

| The Alliance will introduce its first magazine this year as well. I invite you all to write for the magazine. Financial support for the magazine may come from marketing ads open to use by everyone.

| To make ourselves more visible as an organization, it will benefit us greatly if everyone tries to bring in new members. After all, our strength lies in within the membership.
|
| Members who are interested in being an active part of the Alliance should let us know. There are many leadership roles that come from our different committees. If anyone would like to lead or participate in a particular project this year, please let me know.
